Shipment conditions

The customer will have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise the right of withdrawal that the law recognises (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November). By virtue of this, you may return your order within the aforementioned period without the need to justify such action and without penalty. The exception to this rule will be products made to order or in a different material to that normally used.

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will be refunded the full amount of his purchase minus the shipping costs. In addition, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product from his home to the shop.

Shipping procedure

All shipments will be sent by registered mail, providing the customer with the shipping number, which can be tracked with a tracking number, at least in Europe.

There is also the option of the light package from the post office, with track and trace. ( faster )

Shipment will be made within 5 days of receipt of payment, except when there are changes in sizes or materials, or new designs, in which case, shipment will be made within 15 days.

Unfortunately, due to legal restrictions customers from the United States may not pay for their orders with credit cards and must use PayPal.
